SRS conducts a comprehensive assessment of the senior’s needs, preferences, and medical requirements. We consider factors such as the level of care required, budget, location preferences, social activities, and amenities. This is the first step to build a plan that will only benefit you or your loved one.
#2 Transition & Placement
We assists with identifying and narrowing down communities based on a medical, financial and social assessment. We arrange personalized tours accompanied by a SRS specialist. Our role is to ensure a smooth transition with all aspects of the process. Our fees for this program are paid by the community the client chooses to call home.
#3 Continuity of Care
After selecting the perfect home for your loved one, we make the transition as seamless as possible and keep in touch well beyond the placement. We truly care about their happiness and well-being, and we love visiting to make sure they are healthy, content, and well looked after.
